How the website works
- Enter your departure, arrival and alternate ICAO codes and aircraft type.
- Optionally upload your dispatch package (PDF) or paste NOTAM text.
- AI fetches live METAR and TAF, classifies NOTAMs by priority (RED / YELLOW / GREEN), and writes a plain-language summary.
- Download the result as a PDF for your records.
How the Telegram bot works
- Start @PreflightAI_bot on Telegram.
- Forward your dispatch PDF, a photo of your dispatch, or type the ICAO codes directly.
- The bot extracts the route, fetches weather and NOTAMs, and sends you a formatted briefing.
- Use
/rosterto upload your monthly roster and get a daily digest at 18:00 UTC before each duty.
